Take your truck to any licensed repair facility in the US or Canada. If driving the truck will damage it further, have the truck towed. Let the repair facility or mobile mechanic know that you have an extended warranty with America’s Trucking Warranty.
STEP 3:
WE DO THE REST
We communicate with the repair facility to quickly review and authorize repairs, getting you back on the road.
Claims submission is available 24/7. Authorization occurs during normal business hours. If you need repairs immediately and the administrator is closed, you may have repairs completed without prior authorization by following your Terms and Conditions.
